This policy explains what personal data Nexrun collects when you visit nexrun.io or contact us, why we collect it, where it is stored and what rights you have over it. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us.

Who we are

Nexrun is operated by Nexrun, Dhaka, Bangladesh. We build automation systems for businesses: AI chat agents, WhatsApp flows, CRM routing and content pipelines. For anything to do with your data, write to hello@nexrun.io. We reply from the same address.

What we collect

Contact details you send us. When you message us on WhatsApp, book a call through Cal.com or write to us by email, we receive what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, company name and the content of your message. If you talk to our demo agent on WhatsApp, the conversation is logged so that we can check what the agent said and improve it.

Booking details. Cal.com collects the name, email address and time slot you enter when you book an audit, and passes them to us.

Analytics. We use Plausible Analytics. It is cookieless, does not use fingerprinting and does not collect personal data. It records aggregated page views, referrers, country, browser and device type. We cannot identify you from it, and we do not try to.

We do not use advertising pixels, tracking cookies or third-party ad networks. We do not buy data about you from anyone.

Why we use it

We use your data to:

  • reply to your enquiry;
  • schedule and hold the audit call;
  • prepare a written quote;
  • deliver and support the services you buy from us;
  • invoice you and keep the financial records the law requires;
  • send care plan clients their monthly report.

We do not send marketing emails or broadcast messages unless you have asked for them, and you can stop them at any time by replying or emailing us.

Where a legal basis is required, we rely on the performance of a contract or the steps leading to one, on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and on your consent where we ask for it.

Where it is stored

We use a small number of processors to run our business. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:

  • Cal.com, for scheduling calls.
  • Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business Platform), for WhatsApp messaging, including the demo agent.
  • Google Workspace or Zoho, for email, documents and invoices.
  • n8n, running on servers we operate in India, for the automation workflows that route and log enquiries.
  • Plausible Analytics, hosted in the European Union, for website statistics.

Some of these providers are located outside your country. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the provider's standard contractual safeguards. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for 24 months from our last contact with you, unless a contract follows. If it does, we keep project records for the duration of the contract and for as long afterwards as tax and accounting law requires. Demo agent conversations follow the same 24-month rule. You can ask us to delete your data sooner; see below.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to stop using it for a particular purpose, or to give you a copy in a portable format. Email hello@nexrun.io. We answer within 30 days and we do not charge for this. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, email us and we will delete it.

Changes

We update this policy when our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page tells you when it was last revised. If a change materially affects clients under a care plan or an active project, we will tell them by email before it takes effect.
